Mineh Eisaeian is an attorney who primarily practices civil litigation in Los Angeles. She grew up in the area and later attended Cal State Los Angeles, where she earned her bachelor’s degree in business management, minoring in economics. Ms. Eisaeian went on to attend and graduate from Southwestern Law School in 2019. She now proudly represents clients at Selarz Law Corp.
Her approach to the practice of law is to be as thorough as possible when communicating with clients and potential clients. This means she invests time in explaining how the legal process works, how the law might apply to someone’s claim, and what they can expect going forward.
Ms. Eisaeian also deeply values building relationships and trust with her clients by remaining accessible to address their questions and concerns. She cares about each of her clients on an individual level and invests time in following up with them to see how they’re doing with treatment for their injuries and to advise them of their legal situation.
As an immigrant, Ms. Eisaeian understood from an early age the harsh realities of the legal system and how certain people can be treated unfairly by others. She believes that justice should work for everyone and wanted to become an advocate for those who may not fully understand their rights and are susceptible to being taken advantage of.
Prior to attending law school, Ms. Eisaeian’s worked for two years as a legal assistant for a personal injury law firm. Her experiences shaped her interest in personal injury law and civil litigation, so she decided to direct her legal career toward helping people fight for fair and just compensation when they were hurt by someone else.
When Ms. Eisaeian isn’t communicating with her clients or helping them fight for what they deserve, she enjoys watching movies, fitness, cooking, and spending quality time with her family and friends.
